Déclaration de surendettement (Declaration of over-indebtedness), This form is intended for all French residents in a critical financial situation who can no longer meet their personal debts. This may be employees, retirees, job seekers, or any other person whose income is insufficient in relation to their financial obligations. Co-applicants, such as spouses, civil partners, or cohabitants living in the same home, must also be mentioned on the form.
